This cover was made for Honda Helix which has the same engine as Elite 250. It will fit Honda Elite 250 because the part numbers are the #198739-001

Made of  chromed plastic.

Installation is very easy.  Clean existing belt cover and glue (High Temperature Silicon) it on top of existing belt cover in seconds. No need to remove exiting cover.
