Return Policy
We stand
behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of
purchase. unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable and items must be
return at your own expenses.
If you
purchase an item and "make a mistake, wrong year or fitment",or
change your mind "we offer a full refund minus any shipping cost incurred
by us.
If you
purchase a item and it is "not as described by us" we offer a full refund or exhange, including pre-paid
postage.
All items
are 100% working, unless stated as not working or for Parts Only.
Sales Tax
All items
shipped in Kentucky will be charged a 6% sale tax fee and in california a 9.25%
on item plus shipping and handling.
Bidding Release
By
bidding and/or purchasing the buyer agrees and does hereby release from
liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Elder Cycle LLC /Partsnewandused ,
and any of its employees or agents. This release is for any and all liability
for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage
occasioned by, or in connection with the use of parts purchased from the above
mentioned seller.
International Buyers
We
welcome all international bidders, we ship USPS priority in most cases to all
country’s, and do not insure their ground service. In some cases with high price or large items
we will have to use a UPS service, please remember size limits with USPS and
understand higher cost with large and heavy items.
"Import
duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer’s
responsibility.
Please
check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected
by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do
not confuse them for additional shipping charges

mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior."

Listing/ Shipping Policy
Every
item will come as pictured, if its in the picture it will be included in the
shipment, if its not, you will not get it. We ship almost all paid order's the
next business day after payment is received.
Therefore the fastest way to get your package is to pay us Via Paypal as
soon as auction is over.
